Transmitting antenna automatic control system engine room

1 Introduction

2 antenna basic structure of the automatic control system

Antenna automatic control system used on the computer and industrial control with optocoupler isolated DI / O board design. 2.1 System components

2.2 System Control Theory

3 hardware control section

3.1 the location of the controlled object relations

3.2 coaxial switch control and sampling circuit

3.2.1 features:

3.2.2 coaxial switch control and sampling circuit

(2) leave in place the load control and sampling

3.3 sites and sampling switch control circuit

3.3.1 Function

3.3.2 site and sampling switch control circuit

(2) Direct drive control and sampling

3.4 system security measures

(1) increase pressure transmitter, the switch does not allow all of its corresponding switch.

(3) the blocking signal is not in place, the transmitter can not add pressure, so the system needs to determine whether the added pressure of every transmitter, antenna or dummy load to determine whether the rotation in place.

(4) To ensure that the transmitter plus high security hardware and software system design blocking signal, hardware lock switch and the coaxial switch from the given site, the software blocking signal is given by the system, when the pressure increases to meet the conditions, given software system software blocking signal, blocking signal when the software and hardware are met, the system can add pressure.

4 System Software

System software design is the use of industrial control computer platforms, in order to complete the full functionality of the antenna control system for the purpose of, in simple, practical, user-friendly, beautiful and carried out.

4.1 software features

(3) automatic operation, the system automatically receives the remote room operation chart issued and work according to diagram.

(4) manual operation, the system administrator can directly modify the diagram of the monitoring system, complete system control; privileges on the system administrator can also control the switch status of each edit, modify data artificially.

(5) log management capabilities: the ability of the administrator of the operating conditions, alarms and other information to conduct a comprehensive records, for easy viewing system operation.

4.2 interface

4.3 software, the basic flow chart

Choosing a need to switch the device (or switch), then click "Run" button, to achieve the antenna and the dummy load, on behalf of the sowing machine and automatically switch the transmitter, perform the following steps:

First step: wait for "Run" command, if the "executive"

Command arrives, the implementation of the second step.

5 Conclusion

Antenna control system has been put into use more than 2 years, broadcast daily in the security operation, the system is stable, the use of simple and flexible, not only reduces the maintenance workload of the engine room watch keeping, but also reduce the failure rate for the room safe broadcast played a strong role in safeguarding.
