MAX16922: Dual Channel, Step-Down DC-DC converter

MAX16922 power management integrated circuit (PMIC) designed for medium-voltage automotive applications, the small footprint multi-power supply integrated. Device contains a high-voltage buck converter (OUT1) and 74F157ASCX datasheet and three cascade connected DC-DC converter low voltage (OUT2, OUT3, OUT4). OUT1 and 74F157ASCX price and OUT2 is the step-down DC-DC converters, OUT3/OUT4 is a linear regulator. All the way to reset the device also contains the output (/ RESET) and 74F157ASCX suppliers and all the way to high enable input (EN).

Output current of 1.2A high efficiency step-down DC-DC converter (OUT1) working at the highest voltage of 28V, with a transient voltage protection up to 45V Load Dump. Output current is 600mA high efficiency, step-down DC-DC converter (OUT2) working at the highest voltage of 5.5V. Two 300mA LDO dropout linear regulator is only 130mV (typical). Power Ready / RESET output OUT1 and OUT2 can monitor the voltage.

OUT1 and OUT2 faster using 2.2MHz PWM switching frequency and small size of external components. High-voltage converter (OUT1) at light loads automatically enter pulse-skipping mode to avoid output overvoltage fault occurs. Low voltage DC-DC converter (OUT2) to work in forced PWM mode (AM band to avoid interference) or high-efficiency automatic PWM mode.

MAX16922 has a thermal shutdown and over-current limit function. Devices operate in the -40 C to +125 C temperature range.
