MAX1437B: 8 way, 12-bit A / D converter

MAX1437B to 8, 12-bit analog / digital converter (ADC), a fully differential input, pipelined architecture, a fully differential signal on the digital error calibration. The ADC is designed for low power, high dynamic performance of medical imaging equipment and USBLC6-2P6 datasheet and digital communication products. MAX1437B with 1.8V single supply, consumes only 768mW (per channel 96mW). 5.3MHz input frequency, the signal to noise ratio (SNR) of up to 70.2dB (typical value). In addition to its low power consumption outside, MAX1437B also provide free cycle shutdown mode.

Internal 1.24V precision bandgap reference used to set the ADC full-scale input range, flexible architecture allows the use of external reference base to meet the higher accuracy or a different differential input voltage range of requirements. The reference architecture specifically optimized for low noise characteristics.

Single-ended clock used to control the conversion process. Within the duty-cycle equalizer compensation in a wide range of changes in the clock duty cycle. On-chip PLL generates high-speed serial low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) clock.

MAX1437B self-aligned data, clock and USBLC6-2P6 price and frame alignment signal is serial LVDS outputs. Complement output data in binary format.

MAX1437B sampling rates up to 50Msps. The device offers a small size with an exposed pad 10mm x 10mm x 0.8mm, 68-pin thin QFN package and USBLC6-2P6 suppliers and operates over the extended industrial temperature range (-40 C to +85 C).
