Air Conditioner Troubleshooting graphic examples

Example 1: a Lan Boxi Island KC25-type window air conditioner, live shell.

Fault detection: in Figure 1. Measured using the air conditioner 500 V megger between the power plug and CY7C006-35JC datasheet and the ground resistance, the resistance is much less than 2 M.

Troubleshooting: replace the same power and CY7C006-35JC suppliers and specification of the compressor.

Example 2: Panasonic CW-172P23H5D a window-type air heat pump device withered in the summer no matter what position selection switch, the fan is not running. The compressor can work properly.

Fault detection: shown in Figure 8. Two wires were measured with the air conditioner power cord plug end of the turn-on condition L, the measured resistance was 120 and 79 , that selector switch turns on, and the DC resistance of fan motor is also normal.

Shown in Figure 9. With a multimeter R 1 k range measuring fan motor capacitor, hands from the beginning of the " " position of the pendulum to the "0 " nearby, and then gradually put the " ", that capacitance is normal.

Only when the defrost thermostat (26D) contacts are closed, the fan motor operation is possible.
