A4938: Three-phase brushless DC motor pre-driver

A4938 is a complete three-phase brushless DC (BLDC) motor pre-driver for all N-channel power MOSFET directly three-phase bridge gate drivers provide high current output. The device has three Hall-element inputs, a sequencer for commutation control, fixed down time pulse width modulation (PWM) current control, and IR2136 datasheet and locked rotor test.

Output current according to the performance of the external MOSFET zoom in or out. Locked rotor detection delay by an external capacitor on the CLD terminal settings.
